- $1.5M on legal framework: This may be expensive, but I imagine getting it right > getting it done cheaply. Because Nouns is a DAO and the considerable treasury, they would want to make sure this is done correctly for the longevity of the org, effort, and mission.
- Centralization of the Noun Foundation: Possible for DAO and centralized Nouns Foundation to coexist in parallel while achieving the brand and org mission. At least that's the hope? Not everything has to be decentralized.
